Acrylic Beads can be added to a pen, wine cork or be made on key chain. Select which item you would like custom made (ie: pen, wine stopper, key chain). In the notes section below you can specify if you have a preference for the corresponding beads or they will be chosen by me. If you are selecting a pen, please be sure a specifify your pen of choice.
